Day 7

So, it turns out that getting 3.5hrs of sleep, waking up at 6:30am, going to a bar at 6:45am and being tipsy by noon does not bode well for working out later in the day.

My ankle needed the day off as well, so I don't feel that bad.


4-mile run has been pushed off until Sunday. Check back in later.
