I woke up feeling pretty good (quads are a bit sore, calf is doing fine), but I know that I would struggle to run again today.
Just took it easy, did a little stretching to stay loose, but that's about it.
Tomorrow is a 30-minute cross session, which will most likely take place on a stationary bike at the Plex. Hopefully I'll be able to fit it in after my 10am Fitness Assessment, since I have a class at noon. I guess it depends on how long the Assessment takes.
Also, there will be a few tweaks to the blog in the next few days. Hopefully I can get some pics up and whatnot. But since the total view count is at 0, I don't think anyone will mind.
