Day 6

So, the results of the Fitness Assessment were as expected. My blood pressure is average, I rocked the step test, my core test was "excellent" and my upper body strength was (unsurprisingly) "poor". Please see picture of arm muscles below...

After the Assessment, today was a 30-minute cross-train. Spent 10 minutes on the bike to warm up, and closed with 20 minutes on the elliptical.

My ankle has been way below average the lat few hours. Not sure how the run tomorrow is going to go, but I'm hoping for the best.
